I dont know where else to post this, so here it goes. A lot of you might not know who I am, because I haven't actually logged in to SL in over two years. I quit after I transferred schools...I just didn't have enough time and I wanted to meet people in the "real world," anyway. hah. A year ago I actually had the urge to login again, but it appeared that my account's password had been reset. I couldn't remember my security question for the life of me so I gave up. Now it's a year later and I tried again. Once again I failed to remember my question. Even the phone numbers and addresses I had on the account had completely left my memory. But, through a weeks work of phone calling and emails, I was finally able to get my password reset. Hooray!

Anyway, for those of you who do remember me, hi! I'm excited to catch up with all of you! Granted, I won't be nearly as active as I was because I still dont have a lot of time, but I'll try to say hi from time to time.

See you in game!

..hehe, just kidding.

(Sparkly, that joke is about the fact that there is no longer a Genral, Off-Topic or Notices-types of forums anymore. now, we have "Resident Answers".. where these types of posts are generally disallowed.. but i think we can all agree, this is a decent candidate for an exception! :))

in any case (sorry for the droll humor) welcome back! i, as well, remember the avatar.

oh boy.. have you seen sculpty-prims? or flexi-prims?

i'm trying to get the math straight in my head.. were you around for the first SLCC (Second Life Community Convention, official site)? either way, check out that link for this year's SLCC.. and don't forget tot read all the comments about the masquerade ball.. sounds like it's going to be a doozy!

so, come back and let us know what you think of this evolved SL. (taking into account we just had an update.. lol)

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! Yeah, I am an older user. I joined back in 2002 or 2003 during the beta.

Here's a bunch of avatars I made during my prime time in SL:
http://www.sparklyfresh.com/pics/sl/ - maybe you recognize these? I auctioned off the rights to sell them before I quit the game, so I have no idea how widespread they've gotten or if they have disappeared completely. hah

It looks like I can't login through my school's network! Alright! So my account works, now I just need to find a place to login until they get the ports opened for me. hah. I'm excited to see all the new features. I'm reaaaaly curious about those new prim types.

Welcome back.
I didn't met you but I feel for you, at least you got your orginal avatar back. I had one in 2002 lost everything. Rokuro is very easy to use and free.
