New SL FEATURE WITH THE NEWEST VERSION FREEZE FRAME ANIMATION AND NO CHAT HELP AT ALL

Leather_Shepherd: HEllo kyu have downloaed and installed the newest version of SL unfortunately I have had to do it several times installing and the uninstalling what happens is inworld every thing look like freeze framing it takes at least 1 full second for each movement ...like blink blink nlink blink all fluidity of motion is gone and when I download I have some sort of error that comes up what should I do

So if any of you can help that would be great and well appreciated....cause dealing with those paid to help doesnt seem to workas you can well see....

and the error that I get is a Vivox gateway error it says this

usage: Sl [flags]
valid flags are:

[-<log level>] 0-5, or -1 for no logging
[-lf<log folder>]
[-lp <log-file prefix>]
[-ls <log-file suffix>]
[-p tcp
[-i <address>] application sends requests to this address

[-vo] vivox only functionality

Let me know if any of you out there can help me on what I should do navigating the avatar is impossible becuse of the freeze framing aspect and communication via im takes forever it is like being stuck wtih massive lag ot something a kin like watching as sl slide show frame by frame at one second intervals
