Have you tried what has been proposed in countless other threads, i.e. changing your DNS server? And btw, it's not a LL problem, but a problem of your ISP-provided we're talking about that DNS error thing. it would help if you could just tell us what the error message actually is.

it's sytange that you say that when all the other times I have had problem other poeple have had the same exact problem. My interent is working perfectly as I am able to easily get on to all my other games. Anyway...I tried entering again and couldn't..... as I'm typing this I tried... and got in. Thanks  |

Thanks All the rest of MY Internet was working fine, too-that wasn't the point. It's just a few select sites that suffer from a DNS server that isn't working right. If you happen to be on these sites or connect to them is coincidence- its just an update glitch with the DNS servers that your connection is usually set to. |

Same problem here....everything was workig fine but I couldn't log in to SL.
Only chance: change your DNS Server.
I thought the DNS-Server had nothing to do with my problem until I changed it and I could log in all the sudden.
Still dealing with the same inworld problems as everybody else...but I AM ONLINE! LOL

Like I said.... "good ol' SL" Today...able to log on.... but everything else isn't working. TP, Searches... you name it.... it's down. The thing that bothers me the most is my business loses money during this time but we dont get breaks on teir....... food for thought  |
