Hi all I don't know if this is where I should post so here goes: I tried to order some lindens a few days ago and kept getting error messages well now it shows where they took it out of my checking acct but i dont have the lindens so Ive been trying to find the phone number to support and I can't seem to find one (maybe it's my eyes playing tricks and its right under my nose I dunno) so if anyone can help me with this plz do thanks in advance Sasha DaSilva

They're available 9AM - 6PM PST, Monday - Friday Good luck getting a hold of a live person (they never do call back).

It's possible that they might, but I've never actually heard or read anyone state they received a call-back. If you can't get through to anyone on the phone, you may just want to open a support ticket at http://secondlife.com/support/ (scroll all the way down to the bottom to log into the support portal)

On May 4, 2007 - still waiting for resolution even after I sent them confirmation from my checking account that the money was deducted!!
Hope you have better luck!
It's been 6 weeks..I've sent one reminder (after the original email)...if I send one reminder a week will I be accused of spamming the Lindens?
Just want my SL account credited so I can spend my money!!!!

They're available 9AM - 6PM PST, Monday - Friday Thats from the support pages, however and be warned as has happened to me they will keep you on hold for upto 30mins if at that time you havent got through to a live person they just cut you off and u have to ring again and hope that u get through within the next 30 mins etc, its the worst CS i have ever had to ring so be warned, but when u do get through they are generally helpful, well have been when i have called but i am sure there are many others that will tell you different. Dont expect a callback either as that is to much effort for them to look after the customers imho
