hello. I'd like to buy an entire sim, and I already own some lots in different sims and pay my monthly fees...for holdings over 65536sqm(a sim) do I always pay 195$ a month or any further piece of land is counted again with the fractions system? In the case I own 2 sims (131072 sqm) will I pay 195$ a mont or 290$ ? thank you

If you own two sims it's $290.

My understanding (albeit, based on information from a while back) is that once you own one sim, further tier is at a flat rate per 32768 (ie, half a sim).

From: Kitty Barnett That doesn't sound right at all? That's because I was wrong. Went to someone more knowledgeable than myself and got the correct answer: The next level after a sim of mainland is $292, which is a sim and a half. Beyond that, it goes up in half sim increments of about $100. Two mainland sims (well the equivalent of that much land) is $390. If you do have that much mainland, it should be put in a group to get the 10% bonus (which would be 13,000m extra of land at that point).
