Hi, got a quick question if anyone can help. My homebase in on a pacel with all the prims used, I have none available. Now I find, that when I purchase something and go back home, I can't unpack the box to put it in my inventory because it says the parcel is full. When I take away an object with a lot of prims, i can open the box ok and then replace the object in my home---but that's a pain to do everytime. Is there a way around this? Thanx in advance.

Either don't use up every last prim, or unpack your stuff somewhere else.

What Beezle said. You get a set limit on prims and if you use them all, you've used them all. No way around it.

Either permanently take up a couple of things you don't really need to have out (the better choice IMO, because having a bit of free prim overhead is good for a variety of reasons), or unpack elsewhere.

These are clothes or shoes that I just want to unpack to get in my inventory--i didn't realizethey counted toward prim usage. Also, where else can I unpack them?? Don't they have to be on land that you own?

You can unpack anywhere that allows you to rez objects.

You can do it in a sandbox or land where it is allowed.
On our beach for exemple (auto return = 2 min.)

If the items are in a prim, then you need enough spare prim allowance on that parcel to rez that prim. There are plenty of public places to rez stuff like this. Sandboxes, infohubs, newbie areas, etc. Try New Citizens Plaza or Waterhead Welcome Area.

They don't. But the box they're in does.

Also you can "wear the box" then open it in the editor and manually drag the contents into some new folder you create in Inventory. (I've resorted to this when rezzing fails for other reasons... but when rezzing is truly wedged, stuff won't even attach.)

Or, just wear the box on your head - 'tis quite the fashion statement.

I don't even want to think about how much land I'd have to have to display in my jewelry shop....
