The 2 or 3 times i need to buy lindens i buy it directly from my cpanel... why odes anyone want to buy lindens from eBay?

I bought from e-bay my first month as was buying some land and the first month trading restrictions didn't allow me enough.
Why people sell via e-bay can be to save fees cashing out or due to illgotten gains.

Yes, because Linden Labs often tracks the money back to the buyer's account, and since the money is often from a stolen credit card, they seize the entire amount plus a 50% penalty. We've seen a number of residents show up here rather unhappy after that has happened. |
