My friend purchased an account and he wants to use but it won't let him log in.. not in world and not the website.. He wants to call second life and I've combed thew website for a number for him and can't find one.. anyone have their phone number??

There is no longer a phone number for support; he needs to use the Guest log in for the Support Portal (bottom of the page).

Yeah, they kinda took the "support" and "customer" out of customer support. In this case, it might be a billings issue, to which there is an active number. During business hours that is.

you cannot run a service without customer support, its an insult. normally i wouldn't be one to post over issues that come and go but its getting to the point where its just robbery of our money. why do we pay a continous fee, if we have no customer support?
