Am I the only one having a problem logging in tonight? I have been trying for well over an hour and i keep getting the "despite our best efforts" message..I cleared my cache, tried logging in to different locations, rebooted my computer, defraged, disk clean-up..lol..you name it, I did it...

there might be a bug with the new viewer that when your last 2 letter in in both your first and last name are doubled.
sounds funny huh, my friend "***axx ****staff" is having the same problem , I dunno

sounds funny huh, my friend "***axx ****staff" is having the same problem , I dunno With SL, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the problem. SL has been taking a while to load for me too, Lexii. The only thing I can think of is if you might want to reboot the modem (if you are on DSL) or any routers that your computer connects too, just in case. Since this was a mandatory update, I can't recommend going to an older version
