How can you tell if it is a bad thing?

Recently I was moving some things around and I took back an anti-AFK box. When I put it back in my inventory a whole bunch of bubbles floated out and away. At the time I thought "gee that's strange" but it didnt seem harmful. I have never re-rezzed the object but randomly more of the same little bubbles float across my property. Is this something I can fix? Is it something I need to worry about? or should I just pretend they are soap bubbles?

sounds like u accidently tiggered the box when u took if off your land, try to rezz it again and stop whatever animation it has, sounds a bit like the dancepad animations when you tigger they animate, then u leave the place and keep on danceing untill u return to the dancepad and stop its animation that u forgot to stop it in the fist place.

Bubbles floating around would typically be particles.

Particles are generated by prims, in a manner of speaking, so there must be a prim around somewhere making bubble particles.

It could be a transparent object. View / Highlight Transparent will reveal transparent objects.

You might be able to find the source by using View / Beacons / Particle Sources. This will cause blue lines to appear locating the prims that emitting particles.

The prim might not be on your property.
