Fa Nyak and Anisa Naumova for ears and tails. Miau Haus has some great eyes, Nomine's skins are amazing, CatniP, ElectroKitty, and Gritty Kitty for toys and gear.
Most of these are no trans, so you'd probably need to talk to the creators.

Anisa's Neko Ears and -Motion are awesome. Not too fond of the tails, but that's just taste. You can find them at OTCR - Outland Tech and Curious Relics. Saur Holt makes some nice tails, especially for the very cheap price of 75 L$, IIRC. And I second the Temenos shopping area. Also, NanoGunk has a skin version of their cat suit, which is actually a very nice (female) feline skin. Nobody use it, I guess since it is not one of the "official neko dealers". -Which sort of suits my vanity well, having a rather unusual look  42nd Life has some nice eyes and whiskers. That was off the top of my head, not being in-world. I have the feeling that I have forgotten one place with good eyes. |

If you just have to go Neko, Anisa's ears get my vote. Hybrid street is "ok", but very trendy.

Thank you, everyone. I went with Anisa's ears and tail...partly because I couldn't find much at Tenemos. All I could find there was ears with a hair texture. My friend was delighted with her new kitty bits.
