Ok, this is REALLY annoying me, and I can't find a way around it. If someone gets paid by me while I'm typing a message, the focus leaves the chat prompt and goes to the notification (I imagine it's also true when you give/receive inventory, receive payment, etc). I have to either close the notification or click back into the chat box to resume typing. We have a scripted object at our club that gives away free lindens to patrons, and so there are times where I'm getting outgoing payment notifications every 1-3 seconds for several minutes at a time. Accordingly, it is impossible for me to chat whilst this is going on. I'm so frustrated that I want to scream. Any ideas? Or should I just downgrade... :  igh:: |

There's an option in your preferences (under the POPUPS tab) to turn off popup notification for payments and such. If you really need those notifications, I don't know a way to help, but it may alliviate some of teh stress.

I looked through there quickly and didn't see an option to turn off the money paid notices. But I'll take another look and report back. Thanks for the suggestion. =)
