Can someone tell me by having a Nazi flag I get banned? Give me break. I'm not harming anyone but hey when I get caged a hundred times and shot nothing happens to them. I even take screen shots. Whats the deal?

Welcome to the new sl where Abuse reports a joke, and who ever reads your Abuse report is the one who makde the final answer. If they like you they do somethign about it. But if they have a personal issue with you no way in hell it wil be looked at. I had this problem happen when i was hit in the sand box, and the less then ( fill in the blank person ) remark left me later bannded for his lack of doing his job..........Have to love this types.

But there the case where LLabs is failing to deaal with caging, and other abusive issues......If they at Llabs were no so flip flop on abuse issue then issues like this one this person has ( and yes he is breaking TOS )But he brings up a so serous flaws in the abuse reporting areas.

All I can say is that I am totally amazed by some people's lack of brainpower.

Taking a look at the police blotter, it seems that they ARE trying to deal with the griefing.
Add to that the No Push thing, the ability for landowners to turn off scripting, object creation and entry etc., etc., I think we can safely say that they're trying to deal with it.

You can't see how that may be offensive and that, according to the ToS, which I assume you read ("The use of derogatory or demeaning language or images in reference to another Resident's race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation is never allowed in Second Life.", is a bannable offence?

Unbelieveable that you'd actualy complain about being banned for breaking the rules.

Actually I think the flag was a bit tactless, but could possibly depend on how it was displayed.

But, he's get banned for that in a world where sexual age playing and giant genitails are given the green light is rather mind boggling.

why don`t people read the WHOLE posting instead (what indeed breaking TOS which he did..........) But He brings up a good volid point.........LLabs at times soley with their minds hence for applies banning at own liking..........

What about all those poor people that has been abused and LLabs has not addressed? A sign of bad taste by the first poster is nothing to what LLabs is doing to others by not taking action on those that break TOS in the case, caging, hitting with objects and guns etc..........

You know how many time I come in to a sim or isalnd and some stupid underage no brained starting writing and shouting in japanese insulting and degrading remarks? More then you see a nazi flag around second life.........

The difference, Usagi, is that both parties broke the rules.
Posting offensive images is against the rules. That's not up for dispute.
Caging and greifing are against the rules. THAT is not up for dispute.

People get punished for breaking the rules. One of the punishments is banning.
People do get banned for griefing. It happens all the time.

The reason the guy got banned is because... well, I guess I have to say it again.

Pardon me but IF you read my post I said the first poster DID INDEED break TOS...So whats your point? But If yoou read my posting ther is alot of abuse reports that are just laughted at that are more serious then this one......
