If i was to run a club and a resident was upsetting others in the club is it possible to ban them from the club and kick them out?

Yes.
On the "Land" tab at the top of the screen (where it says your parcel name), go to the "Ban" tab, then "Add" and select their name. Once they appear in the "Banned Residents" box, then they can no longer access your land.
However, they can just make another freebie disposable alt and come back in 5 minutes and continue bugging you. Sorry. Blame Linden Lab for that.
