Getting off orientation island

Hi
Am really sorry to post such a simple question, but I've just done the tutorial on Orientation island and exited the tutorial box by accident, so i can't click on the key to enter Second Life. Now I cant even start the tutorial again- how do I get off orientation island? Thanks in advance :)

Click on the help island sign near the center of the island and you will get a landmark to teleport to
