Hey everyone, I'm reading lots of complaints and issues that take business days to complete. (Some next business day, paypal processing of 5 business days, etc.) Just a friendly reminder, the US has many 'government' holidays which are not considered business days. For example, over the Christmas holidays, they fell on Mondays, we also had a separate 'day off' for our passed ex-president Gerald Ford. Yesterday was also Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Also, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days, and while your calendar may read a business day for Monday, it could still be Sunday night for Linden Labs! Thank you and go about your business!  Oh a question.... hmm... Could everyone please remember the above polite notice?

The friendly reminder is appreciated, but keep in mind that many of the complaints are over far longer periods with no response. We're talking weeks and months, even for acknowledgement, never mind resolution.

Oh I understand that too, I'm not saying ALL things is because of that, I'm just saying, alot of it is payments being paid out, such as paypal (although we already know checks are taking a few extra days), but some I've seen that it was next business day and got upset for no call this last Monday... when it wasn't a business day. There's quite a bit of stuff that LL is not doing even with those days, but this might help people gauge a response time before they get ticked off!
