Where do you find your island billing details? There's nothing about it on "my account" page.

I was sent an email with the date assigned. It was the day before I was delivered the island.

The only place I've found the details for the regular monthly Island fees, are on the Account History page.
From your 'My Account' web page, in the upper-right corner there's an Account heading with a few links under it, the first link is Account History. That's where the monthly Island Fee shows up each month after they've taken it.
I haven't found any kind of listing along the lines of the 'Land holdings' section of the My Account page, i.e. a list that shows you what island(s) you own and when they bill you for them.
Although such a listing sure would be nice.
