Trouble with Alt Account

Ok, posted this in the technical issues, but since I'm desperate for help, thought I'd post it here too...


Ok, I have an alt account that I've had for a few months now, and I used to be able to log in with him just fine. In fact, I logged in with him just a few weeks ago. I signed him up using my proper info, but a different email account. The reason for this alt character is to keep money people have paid me to rent shops seperate from my own personal lindens.

Now, here's the deal. I can't log in with him. I try to log in to the secondlife.com and it tells me there's an invalid username/password issue. So, I reset his password and it says it's all set and ready to go. I try logging in to the secondlife website again and get the same invalid username/password message. I also get this message if I try to log into the game with him. I haven't recieved any messages telling me he's banned or anything like that, so I don't understand what's going on.

Can someone please help me with this? My alt is holding all my rent money!

Maybe ur alt account get banned by LL(illegal lindens), write a ticket to LL, they will tell u what happened to ur alt account.

How do i write them a ticket?
