When someone sets a parcel of land for sale with objects included in sale, will that include no-transfer objects? I saw a piece of land for sale that included the objects on the land, but some of them were no transfer, though the advertisment for the land specifically listed the no transfer objects as being included in the sale. If I bought land with no transfer objects on it would they still be given to me?

The seller of the land may not realize those items are no-trans so you may want to ask them if they are aware of that and if it will possibly affect the asking price of the land for sale.

the no tranfer items will stay on the land, but as soon you hit auto-return they will go bye bye. You can leave auto return set to 0 and keep the items there and manually clean up other items that belong to others that you want to delete from the objects tab in about land.

While the no-transfer items may well stay on the land, they are still owned by the original owner. That means that the original owner can take them back at any time. It also means that any scripts which are keyed to the owner won't work for anyone else. For example, a door lock will probably not be settable by anyone except the original owner.
