Is anyone else having issues with SL Support responding to billing issues? It seems SL is saying they cannot make a with draw from PayPal for our monthly billing yet they have not even attempted it through Paypal by Paypal records. SL had no problem making withdraws for L$, or their first monthly billing, until now at the 2cnd monthly billing. I cannot see moving any Business in here, or referring friends to "The Game", when they cannot even get the billing done correctly, nor respond through support channels. No one else in the world is having issue getting our payments by/through PayPal, only SL? What R the problems,, anyone???? Trella McMahon

I'm getting the exact same issue with my credit card. LL claims to have tried just last week, but my card company says no request was received from them for almost 2 months.

Yes, it was last week they made the same claim to me too, with no response from them. It also seems all purchases are frozen with all remaining L$ as well.

Well, i had same Problem at my Paypalaccount too as i started. Take a look at Blog.There they told about issues with Paypal and perhaps CC too at the moment. But normally you need to delete the agreement at your Paypalaccount and then, after you did it, upgrade your billing method oncemore with Paypal.
I need to do it more then once time lol and i got suck of it. And if you upgraded the Billing method you need money at your Paypalaccount. For me it doesnt help to have a bankaccount in the background. maybe if you have a CC funded the Paypalaccount you dont need money on that Account. But LL wants to take money from it directly.
Wish you good luck, that your Paypal will work with LL at the first time^^But i need to set and reset and reset the reset and so on for roundabout 10 times lol.
If you got issues try to call the live chat at Supportsystem.To submit a ticket takes too much time. I think sometimes a week and the response doesnt really help you.Me not grmpf. Livechat is always the best for it.

UPDATE: We have reenabled Linden transactions from within the viewer.
However, PayPal is having issues processing LindeX transactions from the web. We are working with PayPal to resolve the issue.
Also, LindeX transactions using credit cards are slow, but the transactions should complete. If it doesn’t complete for some reason, please retry.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to resolve these issues promptly.
