Create a notecard detailing the failed payouts and pass it to the owner of the casino telling them you never recieved payment.

If you didn't get the money you won the first time, *why* were you foolish enough to bet again? Twice as much? Thousands of lindens?

This is why you should test to find if a casino is legit or not before playing a lot of money. There's one casino I go to (which has one of the rare video poker machines in SL that aren't terribly rigged) and I played several times without problems. Then the machine went glitchy, and didn't acknowledge a L$500 pay. I IMed the owner and he/she fixed the situation quickly and professionally.

Frankly, all you can do is send a note card to the owner and see if it was just a glitch. If they are rude/hostile/etc, then AR them. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do, other than telling anyone who will listen in world or on a third party website, about the person and their casino.

Continue to call on the owner and if you don't get any answers or results continue to complain to Linden.

I paid $80L for an item and never got it. I sent a message to the shops owner and he said he would look into it. Turns out he said it was the games fault and he couldn't get the item I paid for. He told me to wait a bit which I did. After some time had gone by I called him again and although he was on-line he never answered. I asked for a refund and it took several days and lots of wasted time of many unanswered messages to finally get my money back. While it wasn't a lot of money, nonetheless it was money and it belonged to me.

Way too many greedy people you have to deal with here.

The owner's account must have run out of money. Looks like you need to put in another 7500 L to get your money back. Try not to win anything or he will have more trouble paying you.

ed44 is probably right - the Kacino owner probably was out of money, so the machine couldnt pay out.

A big reason if you are into Cacenoe gaming to go to the large Kaseenos , since they are better finaced.

Apart from piggy 'sploders and suchlike, I'd never gamble in SL as I'd expect the games to be rigged.

What I wonder is why some casinos that are almost empty have so many people on their banned list.

Gambling in SL is completely unregulated, and as far as US Players and those in many other countries are concerned, arguably quite illegal. You probably have better odds of finding a fair game playing dice with street thugs in the bad part of town than you do of playing in an SL casino. And you have just about as much recourse if you get ripped off.

This is not to say that there are no "honest" casinos in SL that only take a small margin of profit on average Player losses. Certainly some do try to run an honest set of games.

But in general, ALL Gambling is, in the long run, a losing proposition. If the odds didn't favor and make money for the house, they wouldn't be running the casino.
As someone else pointed out, a gambling device can fail to pay out for many reasons in SL, from the owner not having sufficent funds, to a glitch in the SL servers, to intentional fraud. If politely contacting the owner of the device doesn't get you your money, then you're screwed. Go somewhere else to gamble, or better yet, stop wasting your L$.

Maybe if you bet 10,000 next time you will get all your money! Third time's a charm!
