Can't edit or make new posts, but can make new threads. No clue why. I was trying to post in the scripting section.

If you can't post back on this thread it might be hard to help. but check at the bottom left of the page and see what your permissions are.

PM me if it can't post back.......might be a little easier than starting a bunch of threads.

If you think it's hard to post now just wait a day or two.

Possibly you are running into the problem of not being able to use certain words that have meaning in SQL, such as "f r o m", "s e l e c t", and some others, or the need to have a space after " < " (and perhaps before " > ".

Not worry in a couple days..............we are all headed to the new beach. :0

I'm thinking back to a time once a long ago where I could not post a reply to any thread in a certain forum.........the other forums were fine. It had me baffled since the "allowed tos" were unchanged. I closed the browser thinking it was something to do with good old IE.......no workie. :) So I logged out of forums (something I didn't always do back then) and rebooted my computer.........that seems to have fixed it. But I wish I had done it one step at a time. I don't know if it was the logging out or rebooting that did the trick.

Wish I had remembered that when i posted the first time here..........but hopefully the OP might read it now. :)
