Looking for a new house

Hey everyone!

I am looking to purchase a new home for myself. I was dumped on my butt HARD by my ex SL BF and I want a fresh start.

I am looking for a prefab, faux rez (doesn't have to be, I know some places will come and rez the house for you for free, so that is an option I wouldn't mind either) home that would be suitable for tropical island living. I have double prims on my 1680 sqm plot of land.

I love sleek and modern, I love lots of windows, or glass houses, I just can't seem to find anything. Modern type houses are great. oh and NO LOG CABINS.

Anyone have any suggestions? Any place I could check out that has awesome homes? Or if you are a builder and think you can build something cool, I am willing to go that route as well.

Ooo, and the in-world vendors are fun too...click a pic and a house rezzes for you to tromp around in. I believe they're on three levels, so if one is in use, you can tp up to another.

You might like what Loki Clifton Holodeck for a house. The 2-in-1 allows you to change both the interior and exterior to suit your mood. Do a search for his name the location to see the products should be the first pick on his profile.

i recently put a house out that might fit what you need
its modern but has lots of beautiful windows
the windows you can change from the control pannel chosing inside or outside or both depending what you would like to do
it is in a rez faux system for easy placement and is mod/copy in case you want to make changes and then go back to the original parts

if you would like to see it i use it as my main shop with only a few changes made to it

I love Myles Coopers houses and Madison Gardners. Madison's have a lovely airy feeling with lots of windows that can be controlled so the outside is dark and the inside see thru. They are a modern Asian feel. Myles houses are well designed and well priced.

I have purchased two houses from ACE's spaces, it's good.. really good..

I would also recommend Ace's Spaces, my hunny and I have a house from him , actually.. my hunny ended up buying all of them lol, they are all low prim, well textured and very sleek and modern, not to mention well priced

Have a look at Coco's Cottages, in Rosieri (just across from the Stratics HQ). She has a really nice range of houses including some for 512 sq m plots.

not sure how modern it is, but you can see mine at the slexchange site, just go in and search my name.

mostly new textures (I made myself) and it is copy/mod using rex faux

so if there are things you dislike or would like to change or whatnot, just rez and modify

(come with kitchen, and bathroom completed) but those can be removed and replaced with your own stuff)

I used to have it rezzed in world but had to sell my land as I could not afford the tiers for land that was not being used. however if you wanted a walk through of the house you can always im me and when we meet up we can go to a sandbox rez it and you can see it live! heh

Just opened my brand new luxury prefab store with reasonable prices. Luxury features not found in other prefabs. Stop by Virgin Isle Bazaar at the Virgin Isle Marina sim.
