Hello!
I would be very greatfull if someone could answer these questions.
Question 1:
What will happen if I sell my firstland and a couple of days later, I buy another 512 sq meters. Will I then get the monthly cost of 5$?
Question 2:
What will happen if I buy another 512 sq meters while having my firstland in addition. I will then have a total of 1024 square meters. Will I then get a monthly cost of 5$ or 8$?
Question 3:
What will happen if I buy another 512 sq meters while having my firstland of 512 sq meters addition and then sell 512 sq meters of land. Will I then get a monthly cost of 5$ dollars or will I still have the no monthly cost since 512 sq meter is like as much as my firstland?

No, you have owned no more than 512 square metres at any one time, so you won't pay any tier at all. From: Joakim Yakan What will happen if I buy another 512 sq meters while having my firstland in addition. I will then have a total of 1024 square meters. Will I then get a monthly cost of 5$ or 8$?
$5USD. See the Land FAQ. If you own 513 to 1,024 square metres, you will be billed $5USD. You will have owned two 512 sq metre parcels during that month. 2 x 512 = 1024. Therefore, you will pay $5USD in tier for that month, even if you sell one of the 512 parcels before the billing date.

Thanks for answering Dillon. So, if I buy two lands each 1024 sq meters, I will be billed for the total sq meters. That will be 1024 + 1024 = 2048 which is 15$ and not 1024 + 1024 which is 8$ + 8$ = 16$?

You are billed according to the total number of square metres owned per month. If you owned in total, 2048 square metres in one month (whether within a single parcel, split between two 1024s, or even thirty-two 64 square metre parcels), you would be billed $15 USD at the end of that month. That is the monthly fee for owning between 1,537 and 2,560 square metres of mainland. http://secondlife.com/knowledgebase/article.php?id=055
