Textures not showing in dialog using building tools

I've been working on my club and mall without much success today.. I can't get my textures to show up in the dialog from the building tools.

I have the texture radio button selected and also the textures tab.
I click on the default texture to open the texture selection dialog and I get a "Searching"
followed by a "no matching resources found"

The textures are in my inventory and if I type something in the search box of the dialog I can get them to show... Anyone else run into this?

I did download and use the new viewer they had this morning. It was working fine last night with the other version.

1.16 has been crap with loading and rendering textures since the update

If you know the name or part of the name of the texture you want, start typing it in the search bar. Type slowly so the game has a chance of finding it.
