How to pay for 2nd basic membership?

I created an alt and want to pay the $9.95 for a 2nd basic membership. I can't find where to pay it. I don't want to upgrade to premium.

Maybe there is a more correct way to create an alt that automatically requires billing information, somehow tied to the original avi. If so, how to do that would be useful to know. I just started from scratch.

Apparently LL is not charging the $10 for alts. I've seen numerous postings reporting this issue. You may want to update your alts payment info just in case LL decides to charge you. If not, that's 10 bucks you don't have to pay...yeay!
