Anyone who has had success submitting updated cc information?

If you have been successful, could you say here how you managed it?

Did you put in the whole number? The whole number plus teh 3 digit security code?
Some other clever approach??

I actually just did it and did not have a problem.

First it said "Update Successful", then on my main account page it said "Update Pending", then about 5 minutes later it says "Active" and "Visa" so I assume it went through ok.

I just entered the number, the expiration date, and checked "Ok to bill this card" or whatever that ckeck box says.

k, thanks. I've done the same five times now over two days, without success. Says info pending.. still!

I've had a long standing problem with my alt. LL said they'd reset the pending on my status but I went in again to enter new cc details and it resolutely gives an error when trying to access the update page .. and still says pending!!!

As a matter of fact, I updated my cc info and had no probs at all. Maybe I was just lucky.

I updated my cc last nite. Everything went smoothly when I did it, and my cc was charged for my monthly bill overnite.

I did finally manage to get the update page to accept information, except I had to use a different card entirely, one that I did not wish to use for this game. It's annoying to me. Paying customers should not have to jump through hoops and guess at this in order to establish a route to be able to pay LL for the game. That is ridiculous.

It looks like it depends upon the bank you use. A friend of mine who banks through a credit union had her monthly bill declined this month for some inexplicable reason; she called her bank to find out why.

Turns out that because LL doesn't send the 3-digit security code along with the rest of the CC information, her bank now denies the payment! Kinda odd that this now starts cropping up just this month when every month for the past couple years has been hitch-free, billing-wise. She had to switch to Paypal to get her bill paid.

Something's changed; did LL change the way they bill their customers recently?
