Hi all, Bilbo can login to the SL website, forums and world but my alt can only login to the world. I'd like to upgrade them to premium but cannot get past the login page of the website. I've tried Firefox and IE but no go.
Anyone any ideas please?

Call Support this morning after 8am SLT time (I think, may be after 9am). They should be able to assist you in gaining your Premium as well as finding out why you can't acess through the website. With it being the start of the week, bring a cup of coffee and a sammich for the wait on hold. Maybe a good book too.
