basic but nagging question...

I reached the 60 day mark yesterday, (woohoo!) but am a little embarassed that I don't know how to do something that seems pretty basic in SL. When someone is chatting or im'ing, sometimes their text will say:

"XYZ claps enthusiastically" or "XYZ winks coquettishly," without a colon following XYZ's name. My question, how do you type like this? Thanks in advance!

Type /me first.

Example:

/me is not embarassed to be speaking in the third person.

This would come out:

Smith Peel is not embarassed to be speaking in the third person.

Congrats on the 60th! All you have to do is type: /me. Followed by the action you want to take.

Like so:

/me claps her hands

Result: LailaLei Mathilde claps her hands

That's all!;)

It took me a while to work this one out as well, so don't feel bad about it.

/me is used heavily in roleplaying groups.
