Need help quickly with a NUKE over someone's land

What do I do with this lovely NUKE ? It's made by ...nvm, can't name names. I don't want to accidentally destroy my tenant's prims. Please help and thank you.

Getting a little off topic, but as the problem is resolved, I figure it's okay.
How did you get the satellite image look, with RL earth? Is it a texture on prims, or something else?
