Hello,
We are trying to build an office. We bought 2048 m2 land on coordinate 152 - 211- 57 And we bought this building: SI-30 HORIZON TOWER/CONDOMINIUM by Seigmancer Nino from SLBoutique.
We get the error "The parcel is full'
We are quit new in the game and are not completely familliar with 'Prims'. Maybe there is a problem.
If anybody could come and assist we are willing to pay good L$ for help!

Repel Brouwer Hi Repel, Prims are the basic building blocks in SL. A total of 15,000 prims are permitted in each sim, and these are allocated proportionately to plot size; a 2048m2 plot has an allowance of 468 prims. You can check how many prims there are on your parcel by right clicking your land and selecting 'about land' > objects tab.

At a modest 524 prims, it can fit almost any plot of land. " Cased closed u will need to get a larger plot of land Repel

Repel, if you do go for a larger plot of land to house your building, don't forget to consider furniture, etc; the contents often require more prims than the building itself.

Good rule of thumb for furnishings: Take however many prims the building itself uses, and double that for your min parcel prim count. So if the building is well, designed, and is large enough to require 500 prims to build it, you'll probably need another 500 prims for furnishings to fill it and look natural.
Not all furnishings are created equal. Case in point. I have two beds. One is 4 prims. The other is more than 40 prims. They can perform exactly the same functions, but the 40-prim bed looks a LOT more detailed. Shop around. Low-prim furnishings, wisely used, can help a lot in streaching your prim count.
Also, to get more prims for your parcel, buy more land in the same sim. The lots do not need to connect. All lots in one sim that have the same owner pool their prim allocations.

524 prims can fit almost any plot of land? Isn't this just a tiny bit false advertising? lol
I wonder what the average size of plot is in SL - there are an awful lot smaller than the 2294m needed to house that - and as has been pointed out, that would still be an empty building!
