PROBLEMS REFRESHING MY SKIN & CLOTHES

I have recurent problems, with clothes refusing to be removed, and black part on my skin (head, back of neck, etc...) in addition of Lag, and sometimes being in a dark other planet when starting using animation balls. Can somebody help me to know what happens, and how to solve.

My understanding is that this is a caching problem with the SL client. Two ways to deal with it: 1) Rebake textures from the Client drop down menu ("Character" or 2) Open up the Appearance editor and then close it again. If that fails, then clear your Network cache and logout and then come back.

thank you, Steve, but I did that already, and it does not solve. I have uploaded a picture (to complete my RL profile), which was not reduced before uploading. Could you think that it should be a cause of problem ?

Also if I increase some parameter in the preferences, is there some chance to solve the problem ?
anyway, I am going to remove the picture as mentionned above, clean the cache, and reload to see what happens. And let you know after.

I have had the same problem with clothes at times it happend occasionally . You do have to sign off and then back on and once lag and other problems happening in sl go away so do the problems . I attribute it the the huge influx of people signing on at once everything goes wrong.
