Where Have my L$ Gone?

I haven't logged into SL for a couple of weeks (I've been moving house), until I logged on today. In the top right corner, where the amount of linden dollars you have is displayed, mine just says "loading". I've been logged in for half an hour now, and it still says "loading". If I try to buy anything, it says I have no currency, when I know for a fact I should have quite alot in there. Are others having this issue? Or has all my cash been stolen?  |

Read the blog. There are issues and have been most of the weekend. You Lindens are there just not loading. Nothing's been stolen.

Unfortunately you've been robbed. There's been a scandal or two, a gambling ban and all the banks are empty.
Nah it's a bug, there are a few at the moment. If you check your my account details on the website you should find your correct Linden dollar balance, just inworld its borked.

Everyone is having the problem. Check other threads.
You'll also find, as well as lack of money, your friends are "Waiting" or "Hippos", map doesn't work, teleport is flaky, inventory is slow, anything using llDialogue (drop down menus) is mostly borked... a typical kinda day really.
Time to put some more 'herbal tobacco' in the love machine, I think... California wakes up in about 40 minutes so maybe someone will start looking at it soon.

Just SL performance issues at the moment. You came back at a bad time. They are working on repair it. You shouldnt lose your money - Check your Account status here on the website to make sure. |

Sorry guys, I've just checked other parts of the forum.
As I said, I haven't been on for a while, so didn't know there were isuues.. but I see now, that there seems to be quite a few!

Getting a friend or an alt to pay you 1L$ or more should trigger display of your Lindens.
Pity there is no similarly easy fix to get the map or teleport working for you if they are down.
