When Are We Going To Get A Proper Explanation

I know I am asking the impossible as far as Linden Labs are concerned, but isn't it about time us fee paying customers get some sort of full explanation of what the hell is going on.

I am not stateside, so can anyone over there tell me what is in the press and how viable Linden Labs now are.

Network and Grid issues.. Problems with co-location network. moving equipment. sounds to me like their co-location have pulled the plug out !!! and they have rapidly been scrambling round to find anyone that can give them a home to carry on this farce.

As I posted in one of the other threads. this is looking more and more like somebody operating from their garden shed and proclaiming to be some sort of professional company when all I am seeing is a mickey mouse outfit at best.

And to be blaming network problems that have taken days to fix on configuration errors, is that something one expects from a serious company ????? especially when it takes them days to uncover that simple fact.

Have you also noticed that many office hours are now non-existent. Is that because they are scared of the backlash of turning up in world.

This game is rapidly becoming synonimous with the good old Abbot and Costello black and white movies. A comedy of Slapstick as they totter from choatic situation to the next. Did soemone say there was a leader there at Linden Labs. Who did they get...the Pink Panther.

Just waiting now for the 3 monkeys to appear on the web site.... Heard nothing....Seen nothing....Said nothing so apt for the current batch of Lindens.

Great : managed to log in - and all I can manage is 6 inches movement every other minute. FPS under 1 and 50% plus packet loss. Did someone say this is supposed to be a game. or is it now just a static interactive web page.

Where is the forum "connectivity" or "the grid"? The forum maker people should put up a forum just for that, right here on this board. Then when these issues arise, which I am learning, they will, then everyone can just go there and yap about it!

Iv been trying to buy a product for about 20 hours, with every issue possible, not being able to get into SL, not being able to download inventory or shape/clothes, can't equip anything, had issues searching for store, sim being down, not being able to teleport to sim, can't load my inventory, can't use vendors, when the vendor does finally work the item vanishes from inventory. most times my inventory won't keep loading as soon as I enter. This means if I want to play SL just now I have to wander around looking like a burned turd 12 yr old noob girl wandering from crashing sim to crashing sim because SL was unable to progress/load past a very basic mechanism.

There is no linkage, there is no functional motion, maybe the term i was looking for was "complete and utter pos"
