how come when selling land and the objects on it for sale the items dont transfer to the new land owner? and yes they are transferable items

forgot to say yes it was set to sell land and object with it yes all objects were transferable

i guess im not sure what you mean
me and my partner owned the land it was set to group all the objects were owned by me or my business partner the land was set to sale with all objects included the land sold but we then had to go and and give all the items to the new owner

me and my partner owned the land it was set to group all the objects were owned by me or my business partner the land was set to sale with all objects included the land sold but we then had to go and and give all the items to the new owner In terms of ownership, you, your partner and the group are three separate entities. The entity that owned the land would also have to own the objects to be sold with the land. If the land was group owned, then the objects would have to be deeded to the group. - and forgetting to set permissions before deeding can give a nasty moment, when you realise that "you" are no longer the owner or 'your' objects.
