If your talking about not going to get a friendly audience here on the topic of reselling first land (I assume by newbie land you meant first land). I'm not going to go into why but search the archives of this as well as the now archived Land and economy forum for why. If your talking about getting resold land then I'd suggest waiting until the land market stabilizes and you can get a better price. |
