I am wanting to hire someone to help me with basics of building, clothing issues I am facing and also help me fix something on my property.
The reason why I want to hire someone is when newbie classes that I have seen are available they are either involve group, no one is there,etc.
I am really frusterated and I don't know very many people right now.
What would be best way to hire someone and what is fair payment for this?

I suggest you look up the NCI, they have a good group, lots of useful information and classes, freebies, a sandbox and a lot of helpful people on hand.

The Ivory Tower of Primitives is also one of the best places to learn the basics of building in SL, imo. One hour here and you can learn basic to intermeadiate building skills with easy to understand instructions.

A good place for all. Even "expert" builders sometimes find out things here. Little tricks of the trade that are sometimes so obvious they're invisible.
