Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I have a very creative mind, and I have some cool slogans that I would like to put on some shirts... I'm really poor, so I really badly want to set-up shop, I was wondering if they have blank templates for shirts, pants, ect. and ifi can get my hands on templates, where I should go about getting them.

at the top of the Design/Textures forum is a sticky with links to many,many good sources of information and templates for clothing creation.

I would suggest you start your hunt there. :)
