I am renting out 512 or 1024 sq parcels in Bagat. My castle (including a moderately well-equipped dungeon, which you are free to use) is next door. The rent is 250 L$ per week for 512 sq.

Come have a look. Maybe you'll like it. :)

Well, the stuff is sitting there, anyway ... it's not that anybody can burglarise the place or litter ... so why shouldn't the equipment be used for the enjoyment of visitors? ;)

Well just in case you're thinking that Ricky's generosity is a little too good to be true, I can vouch for him. I can't comment on his dungeon *ahem* but I can tell you he's a great landlord, generous and helpful :)

Cottage rentals

Madelaine, I've sent you a LM to my cottage rentals - a couple of them are available just now. No BDSM ;-) but some nice cottages with picket fences and gardens in a quiet, mainly residential sim. Tenants and friends also have the use of my Community Garden.
