I just heard a report that someone went to update their payment info and found someone else's name and address there. They say they contacted support and got no explanation.
Anyone else have this happen?

hmm not sure if this is related issue they were discussing in blog but they described there were issues but not exactly that.
In the blog they mention people's account information wasn't showing up or incorrectly if I recall.

Giving out other people's names and addresses, if that is what really happened, deserves a stronger word than "issue". That's a BAD issue.
Hopefully no one else will report having such a thing happen.
