you click something up there in the debug menu?

Once in awhile I mess around with various menu's just to see what happens if I " DO THIS". And once in awhile something like that happens and I cant remember what the hell I did to get there. So I leave the real answer to somebody who knows wtf that is.

try .. ctrl+shift+4 or client/consoles/debug console .. uncheck
