Any Way To Make Client Settings Stick?

As I use more and more of the Client settings, it's becoming a little bit
of a chore to set them all up every session.

Wondering if there's way to save the settings? Edit settings.xml?

Me too.

Also...something that would make the Client
functions really sweet is a Reset to Defaults button.
