Is there any function or script that will let me see how many prims I've placed in my rental apartment? I have a fairly high limit, but it's time consuming to wander through and do the math (click on item, edit, get prim count, move to next item . . . ) when I want to change furnishings.

The way I do it is to right click on an object, hold down shift then click on each object in turn, the total then is in the object window.
There may be a better way but I find thats the best for me.

Assuming you don't have land permissions:
1. Go to Tools menu and ensure "Select Only My Objects" is on 2. Right-click -> Edit any object you have 3. Now click-and-hold the left button near one corner of your apartment, then drag to the opposite side. Everything you own within the "square" drawn be selected. 4. Read out the number of objects & prims in the Edit menu's General tab.
You can turn "Select Only My Objects" back off afterwards.

I have a similar problem, but as I share a house I also need to know how many prim's my housemate has placed. Is this possible?

Hi Suzi, I'd imagine all you need to do is what Peekay just said, then repeat with 'select only my objects' off. The difference should be your housemates object count, unless there are land owners objects highlighted also.

Yes Bilbo, there will be objects belonging to my landlord. He owns the house!

Suzi, just have your roommate repeat the same process and then add the two together. Problem solved!

From: Suzi Sohmers Yes Bilbo, there will be objects belonging to my landlord. He owns the house! I was merely repeating what I'd read previously Suzi. I assumed with judicial use of the drag box you could engulf just yours and roomates prims. However, if you have things on or against walls I can understand the problem. Regards.
