I am always looking towards the ground when I walk. This means I have to stop & cam up just to see at eye level. Does anyone know how this can be fixxed?? I'm trying to do a hunt & this is very frustrating lol.

Are you in Mouselook and wearing a quad avatar? Maybe something about your avatar has your eyes facing down?

Try unselecting Mouselook, and you'll see the avatar from above and behind.

Try removing all attachments and seeing if the problem continues. If not, add them one by one to see what is overriding your camera.

Well I finally found out how to fix that thru the New Citizens Inc group. Just hit Ctrl + 9 to toggle between ground view or regular view.
