Ever since the last update, I have been having problems rezzing.. I log in as "Ruth" newbie hair sticking out of my prim hair, very short, with Huge feet sticking out of my shoes. I have put my draw distance down to 64, removed all attachments, log in at many different places, cleared cache 20 times, and even downloaded SL again.. and I still log in as stated above... Anyway to go back before the upgrade?

It may be the sim you are logging into. Try setting a different location to start with and see if that helps.

Perhaps download one of the other viewers available? Can someone provide links to the other viewers?

Where would I find that, I went to the download page and only seen the latest verison.. which I downloaded again..

Just doing a forum search for the words previous version will usually turn up a link to the previous version.

Also , you could try an alternate version with some additional bug fixes added :

Ty Raymond... but...

Important: You need to have Linden version 1.18.0.6 installed before running my 18a-g versions. If you have 1.18.1.2 voice, you will need to install the older Linden version before running my editions.

So, it would seem like I would need a older version anyway.... What I really need to know.. is where do I find a older Linden Version to install

Ughh about to give up... I installed the older version and still have the same problem... I am Ruth and my L$ isnt loading... : (

Yes I rebooted and also did a bandwidith speed test and got this..

4.8 megabits per second

Communications 4.8 megabits per second
Storage 582.8 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 1.8 seconds
Subjective rating Awesome

This worked for someone else, after they'd tried all the usual 'fixes':

I just deleted the settings folder (@ C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\SecondLife), logged in again, and voila, no more ruth. I can't believe it was that easy.
