Wasn't they suppose to add "Voice" on this last patch on the 23th, a few days ago? What happened, anyone know? I checked but I don't see any info on this subject.

Read the blog every once in a while, as its the only official 'voice' of LL we have. There was never any announcement that voice would be in this release. There is a new post though that explains thier plans.
