Just the way it's set up, IM them in-world =)
Ad's can easily get swamped with replies, spam, attacks, whatever. It's designed so that just the ad goes up, and no one can "bump" it back up to the top. Post it, and it's done.

So people don't bump up their own "ad". Gives everyone equal chance to get noticed.
