Freakish Question

Does anyone know of a skin artist that sells body-only skins? I'd like a more detailed body but I really like to play with my face and I'd hate to give that up...I can't seem to find any that are sold this way, is that because the designers are afraid they wouldn' t blend and the effect would be freakish (circus freaks: I am not dissing you here, please don't flame me!)---I can't afford a custom skin right now, not if I want to keep paying rent and since I missed out on my first land I'd really like to keep my house and not devolve into a crack whore living under a bridge (crack whores: I am not dissing you either)--so anyway, if anyone knows of anyone could you please enlighten me. Also if you think this is an ill-advised idea could you explain to me why so I can continue to learn?

I've never seen a skin sold like that and, quite frankly, I think the result would be pretty hideous if anyone ever attempted it. Anyway, here's a semi-related thread...Mattie's explanation being the most relevant part IMO.

Not sure if this would work...but you can try placing a completely clear texture on the Facial Tattoo portion of your skin. That should replace the texture used to give your bought skin it's face and enable you to play with the settings some more. Just make sure the skin is copiable, so you can make a back up copy and stash it somewhere in your inventory before messing with it. Also keep in mind that even after you've bought a skin, you can still change the way your face looks, just by changing the sliders and adjusting the shape and size of the different facial parts.

The Nancy Modify from RAC seems to give me that ability. I can change my face the way I want, change blush, shape, etc. Change eye shape and everything. As well the skin allows me to tan if I want.
