don't forget to regularly check below ground for lost stuck items.
Things from all over your sim may end up travelling to the corner of your property.
do they nessesarily vanish with return all items? including phantom or ghosted items(do those affect prim count or sim stats?)
any, just a quick heads up. that's all.

yes!! especially my growing tree! No matter what I do, leaves go straight to the corner. What is odd is they do not use prims!

I have a SW corner. It's water, and the seabed there is about 1m. I noticed that neighbours were appearing down there from time to time, at about 0,0,0 Nope, not stalking me, just in mid-TP We've maybe all experienced that slow mid-TP thing, when we get stuck for a while and can see whatever is around us at the corner of a sim. SO I put one of my wonderful 10 metre vertex vomit phantom sculpties with a transparency animated texture centred right at 0,0,0. It's like a huge living translucent crystal. When anyone appears there now, they'll be in the middle of something that's a bit Northern Light-ish. Fun! I've visited other seabed 0,0,0 s Sometimes the jumble of junk there it a work of art.

I would be thrown to 0,0 when I would attempt to enter another sim and there were ban lines on the other side. It was a auto bounce that was extremely annoying. This happened in the Baekje sim.

A helpfull hint...

I owned a 0,0 spot for a few weeks, and found that the best thing you could do for this situation is to cut out the single 16m2 parcel at that corner and set AutoReturn to 1. You'll still get the prim allowance (ooo, all three of them) from that, if it's still owned by the same group/individual as the rest of your land - but you won't have to worry about stuff clogging up your corner. Your neighbors will thank you.

Well if you get the same in my SW corner plot you'll have your pain eased by being inside my crystal.
- Newfangled - the sim that make the South Western corner of the new Corsica Continent.
Go look. I've just got a raft in the extreme SW corner of the 1024 to sit and look at sunsets and moon on water. On the seabed, there's a little water garden, fish and turtles. Walk into the house, the walls are phantom.
Oh, by the way. I'm open to offers on the plot ! (shameless plug)

Your neighbors will thank you. Did that really work for you? I've owned two 0,0 corners for about 3 months now, including the great ghost prim asset server freakout about 5-8 weeks ago. All the objects that I saw there were all ghost prims. People can see them and view their properties (admittedly through a somewhat involved procedure, not just the normal one), but they do not count toward the prim count of any of the four corner parcels. Instead, they still counted on the parcel from which they disappeared, under the "selected/sat upon" category. The items clear up with a simple sim restart, so I just wait for the periodic rolling restarts to handle that. Unfortunately no-copy items never do return to the owner's inventory or the original location. It the is the process of becoming a ghost that destroys them, and even though they can be seen and even examined, they are gone and will never return. At least in my experience, the sim restart is the ONLY thing that cleans them up. Auto-return has no effect, nor does any sort of manual deletion or returning. If this has changed, it seems we have a new variation on the bug.

I haven't had to deal with it recently; it was something I only saw on private islands and I went to mainland months ago.

From: Cristalle Karami My previous experience was that editing and touching them to see who owned the ghost items ended up returning the item to the owner. I haven't had to deal with it recently; it was something I only saw on private islands and I went to mainland months ago. When I started observing the big 0,0,0 ghost prim problem of 1-3 months ago, many people mentioned that it had happened before (maybe late 2006), but had been fixed. Teeple Linden mentioned that too when he came out to restart a sim for me... said something like "Wow, we fixed that a while back!" So perhaps the 2006 bug behaved differently? All I know is that during the ghost prim asset server freakout, the effect was remarkably consistent, and that ghosted items could never be returned. We spent hours experimenting, but it never worked. The best I ever got (thanks to a tip here on the forum) was how to get the prim info, so I could notify the owner. I could have sworn the ghost-prim bug was listed as fixed... checking JIRA... SVC-242: Torly announced June 28 that the fix had gone live. Was quiet for a month, and then in the last week reports have started filing in again. Torley refers to SVC-516, and on that entry Andrew Linden says it LOOKS like 242, but is definitely not the same bug. So, in summary, my experience of the 0,0,0 bug may be completely irrelevant at this point, as the new bug that arose in the last month may have different symptoms and fixes. I guess I will go check my corners tonight to see if I've got any new-style ghosties to experiment with.
