Is there a way of taking an old snapshot in my inventory, out of SL and getting it onto my harddrive ?

Thanks in advance

Yes. open up the snapshot, and then click on "File" at the top of the SL window, and then click "Save As."

You have to have full perms on the snapshot, though...I think.

Or just open up the snapshot and take a screen dump? Open in any basic graphics app ... MS Paint will do ... you can then edit out any extraneous detail and save to your hard disk.

Or send yourself a post card from SL if you want - then it goes to your email.

Any screen capture application will let you do that easily.
